A delegation of Shaanxi Provincial People's Congress(SPPC), Led by its deputy secretary General of SSPC, Mr. Li Runqian, visited Malaysia in the end of February 2009. During the visit, the delegation introduced the Thirteenth Investment&Trade Forum for Cooperation betueen East&West China and some projects to the businessmen of Malaysian-Chinese in Malaysia, and warmly invited them to attend the event.
