A delegation of Hubei Provincial Seed Group, led by its general manager Mr. Yuan Guobao, visited Malaysia from 15-17th October, 2008. Cooperated with Malaysian Agricultural Research and Development Institute (MARDI) and Puncak Kaji Sdn Bhd, the delegation signed MOU on promoting the technology of hygiene rice and other growing skills with both sides.
